A border state transplant, Sarah relocated to the Asheville area in 2019. While knowing no one, she knew that the area held all of the magic of the place she wanted to call home. Her prior careers within Clinical Social Work and technology helped her gain greater insight into the area as well as greater insight and empathy into the inner workings of people.

Both she and her husband, a local native, have cultivated a lifestyle of continuous curiosity for learning and community service. Outside of spending free time with their local familial and friend support systems, they prioritize frequenting local businesses and getting their three dogs some fresh air. Encouraging their investment property tenants to do the same.

Sarah seeks to continue cultivating her reputation as a trusted advisor- spanning from real estate to area service providers and every lifestyle transition or choice in between.
